</div>If you use --prefix=$HOME/taglib as a configure option (which 'make<br>
install' will install the taglib files to), you'll get an idea of<br>
exactly what taglib builds for you. I'm not sure about linux ,but I<br>
know on mac it will generate a libtag.a file (static lib) and a<br>
libtag.dylib (dynamic/shared lib)<br>
