Matroska implementation

Hello,

Attached to this e-mail, you can find a patch, which adds basic Matroska support to TagLib. It "seems" to work, but it might of course be very, very buggy. I tried to stick to the coding guidelines, but I am not sure if I really managed to avoid a tabspace (for example). The code might not be easy to read and might require a bit of cleaning, but I think, I managed to write enough comments to make everything clear.

I hope this will help the TagLib project ;)
