I have made this explicit on <BR>our web instructions, now.<BR><BR>Same answer, if you are looking for the compiler to match the Windows binaries <BR>we provide (e.g. for custom-compilation of R add-on packages). It's MinGW4 <BR>32bit.<BR><BR>Or do you want to compile RKWard from source? In this case either should be <BR>fine.
