Hi!

It is once again time to bring the changes in the RKWard development
tree to a wider audience. A release on October 25 seems doable:
https://rkward.kde.org/Release_Schedule.html .

Of course, as usual, I'm hoping for your help in testing, to make sure
the final release does not suffer from avoidable defects.

As for what to look out for, many changes concern the following areas:

- Many new code snippets have been added, and existing snippets have
  been improved.
- There is a new option to restart the R backend. This can be very
  useful when trying to make sure that a script is fully reproducible.
- Code completions have been improved. Among other things help topics
  ("?xyz"), and objects inside packages that are not currently loaded
  ("package:::xyz") can be completed.

Looking forward to your feedback!
Thomas
