I assume by frequencies you mean summary statistics (importantly average by group)?

I was going to recommend the rk.ANOVA package for that purpose, but it seems there may be a problem installing that, ATM.

Meanwhile I have added grouping capability to Analysis->Descripive Statistics, so, again, you should find that in tomorrow's nightly build.

For actual frequencies of category by category, see Analysis->Crosstabs.
