this just reads like it's already installed, so it's probably not the one 
missing. have you looked whether you've installed the appropriate headers for 
your kernel? since you're running kernel-2.6.38-10-generic, try

  aptitude install linux-headers-2.6.38-10

then.

[or apt-get, doesn't matter much, aptitude is just the default tool since some 
debian releases...]

it's for another distribution (arch), they have a different packaging 
philosophy, so i guess it doesn't help much here ;-)
