<p dir="auto">Sorry for not replying earlier. I'm a bit reluctant about requiring an external lib for something that actually does not seem too complex. That will raise the barrier for fetching the translations for people building manually from git, but also e.g. for craft.</p>
<p dir="auto">It might be a good idea to move this to a separate script "check_translations.py [--purge]" that is also run from makedist.sh, but not from import_translations.py itself.</p>
