Summary: NEEDINFO: Delete key in R console does not work

Initial Comment:
If you highlight a file in the "files" tab, pressing the delete key in the R console window results in you deleting the file, not deleting the character in the R console window.

This behaviour persists even if the files tab is closed.

That means the delete key does not work in the R console window (really annoying) and you risk deleting files while typing code in the console window.

Thanks for any help with this!

Message:
Ok, for KDE 4 / rkward 0.5.x the problem has been fixed in kdelibs (see
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-core-devel&m=120628318808210&w=2).

The same problem is still present in rkward 0.4.9x / KDE 3, though.

else) still see this issue?
