<br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">From experience using RKWard with git (RKWard supports project management quite will with git) is for me the best option since there is close to no trouble when working with R and the packages from CRAN, git, bioconductor and so on.</p>
