I forgot this thread, sorry.
I sent a mail to kde-promo on 22nd July and then pinged them on IRC one 
week before the release. Apparently that was not enough.

Hopefully next time we can do better. I see there is a KDE Promo workboard 
on phabricator, maybe can help.
