kdegraphics git migration complete

Hi,

with the migration of okular and mobipocket, today Nicolas, Albert and 
me completed the (so long) kdegraphics migration to Git.
This means all the kdegraphics pieces are now available in own Git 
repositories, with each (hopefully) compilable in both the 4.6.x and 
master branches. The kdegraphics module in SVN trunk and branches has 
been put read-only, and will be removed soon.

To sum up again the list of kdegraphics repositories:

- kcolorchooser
- kdegraphics-strigi-analyzer
- kdegraphics-thumbnailers
- kgamma
- kolourpaint

- ksaneplugin
- ksnapshot
- libkdcraw

The 4.6.x branches are called "KDE/4.6" for almost all the modules, 
except for mobipocket an okular which have "4.6".
