KDE 4.5.90 (KDE 4.6 RC1) try#1 uploaded

Hi, 

I've just finished uploading the first set of KDE 4.6 RC1 tarballs. it does not 
include kdepim* as previously announced, however it includes kdepimlibs, which 
is needed for the kdepim beta release.

I'm going to ask for an explicit green light if we can announce this as it is. 
the release schedule says to announce it ASAP, so I'm waiting now for 
feedback.
