I discussed that with the plasma team, and they would have branched it for 4.1 anyhow.

Every keg based tarball contains translations.

The tarballs would have been produced with every release anyhow.

Your arguments don't hold, but i'm happy it is done. It seems logical to have all those in a separate main module.
