Well anything that's still 'TODO' or 'IN PROGRESS' on that page by the time 
the hard freeze arrives should be moved to the 4.2 page should it not? That 
would leave only green items remaining anyway.

As for a list which we would show to the public, I guess all the features 
should be added to trunk/www/sites/www/announcements/changelogs/ in whatever 
way makes then show up for a 4.1 release.
