The pages rekonq:* use system icons. They are imported from svgz without specifying a size, which results in very big icons -- more than 300px wide. The attached patch adds a maximum width to these icons, which fixes the problem.

Testing
-------

Only tested with default font settings and the Breeze icon theme. The patch should apply to both 'master' and 'frameworks' branches.
