Description

Fixes an annoyance with using the UrlBar's Paste & Go feature.
Currently relative URL's like "www.site.org" will cause Rekonq to navigate to "file:///home/user/www.site.org" instead of the expected "http://www.site.org".
If no protocol was specified and it's a valid URL according to isValidURL() HTTP should be used by default.
