[rekonq] Url suggestions only update on key up

The problem is a bit more complicated, but it exists indeed. I once
tried to patch that but didn't get it to work. I was going to work on
that like in two weeks but if you want to give it a try, we can set up
an IRC meeting soon and I can show you where the problem lies.
