[rekonq] Google Bookmarks Sync

Hi Everyone
I do believe that this should be possible by using app specific keys. These
are exactly what the name suggests, you generate a key for a app and
authenticate with that.

@Lindsay can you try and generate a app specific key for rekonq and check
if that works?
