[rekonq] Hold IO slaves

Hi all,
I need your help to fix a long standing KDEWebKit/rekonq bug.
All you need to do is:

1) having KDE SC 4.6 branch installed (and compiled no more than 5 days ago)

2) install the "HoldIOSlaves" branch from my rekonq clone, that is 
"git at git.kde.org:clones/rekonq/adjam/adjamRekonq".
I'm not sure the anongit version works. I'm not yet used to the new kde git 
system.

3) Disable adblock

With these 3 options enabled, you should have a smoother browsing experience 
on every "external webkit content" (pdf, downloads, flash).
In example, you should see all sites with flash working loading with no 
problems..
