[rekonq] rekonq 0.7 alpha 2

Hi all,
you may have noticed I decided to release a new alpha rekonq version.
This just to easily let people report bugs against this new one (and to NOT report again the ones fixed between 0.6.80 and 0.6.85).
The 0.6.85 release is also the one starting string freeze for 0.7 stable release.
