[rekonq] Why not use kwin tabs instead of internal tabs?

We thought about provide an option.
Here are our interogations about the feasability:
-Is it possible to detect if the window manager support grouping ?
-Is it possible to dynamically set kwin for use/not use this feature ?
-Is it possible to create several groups for one application ? (for instance 
two groups with two tabs)
-Can the taskbar group tasks in the same way as kwin group windows?
