[rekonq] [ANNOUNCE] rekonq 0.1alpha

Here we are, ready for out 1st release together.
rekonq 0.1alpha is just a first step on the road of creating a good and 
lightweight browser using webkit and integrating well with KDE technologies.

From now on, for a short period we are in bug fix mode and string freeze.
Our priority are now improving translations, Krazy checks, providing unit 
tests, bug fixing, bug fixing, bug fixing..

Here is a short brief about rekonq improvements on this release:
- New (loading) url bar
- Google suggestion on search bar
- History side panel
- general improvements on bookmarks management
- small UI fixes
- Network Disk Cache available
- webkit conf setting section
- i18n support (for now, Italian, Russian & German translations)
- contextual menu
- ..and tons of bug fixed (and thousands introduced..)!

rekonq 0.1 will be available ASAP. Our next release will be rekonq 0.2 (no 
sense for bugfix release on this first period) and will be focused on the 
WebkitKDE (the bindings, available(?) on KDE4.3 NOT the kparts) porting.
