Currently, there is one url bar per tab and when the user changes the current 
tab, the url bar is switched. I can make appear items when the user clicks on 
the arrow but these items are not shared by all url bars. For 0.2, Andrea 
rejected my patch I proposed for having only one url bar shared by all tabs. 
Without it it will not be possible to fix this bug.
