<br></pre><pre>I would like to propose an incubation request for the Snap KCM. It was my GSoC
project and now, it'd be great to have it under the community. The KCM makes it
very easy to manage and maintain permissions of snap apps that are installed on
the system.
This is the repo of the project
<a href="https://invent.kde.org/soumyadghosh/snap-kcm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://invent.kde.org/soumyadghosh/snap-kcm</a>
And this is the issue labeling about the incubation request
<a href="https://invent.kde.org/soumyadghosh/snap-kcm/-/issues/2" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://invent.kde.org/soumyadghosh/snap-kcm/-/issues/2</a>
The repo is already on KDE invent and checks most of the requirements.
I have showed this to Till Kamppeter during UbuCon Asia, and during a team
meeting at the Snapcrafters. I also showcased this to Carl, Eric (maintainer of Ubuntu Studio) and some other during the Ubuntu Summit. There is also a PPA now made by Alex Lowe for Ubuntu 24.10+.<br><br><br><a target="_blank" href="https://code.launchpad.net/~lengau/+recipe/snap-kcm-daily">https://code.launchpad.net/~lengau/+recipe/snap-kcm-daily</a><br>
Thank You for your consideration,
