I believe because without an actual <tt style="background: #ebebeb; font-size: 13px;">Item</tt> the <tt style="background: #ebebeb; font-size: 13px;">Popup</tt> filters some events and might have them stolen by the <tt style="background: #ebebeb; font-size: 13px;">Flickable</tt>?<br />
So we keep <tt style="background: #ebebeb; font-size: 13px;">dim</tt> on but use a transparent <tt style="background: #ebebeb; font-size: 13px;">Item</tt> to avoid it actually dimming its surroundings.</p></div></div><br /><div><strong>TEST PLAN</strong><div><ul class="remarkup-list">
