Also emit <tt style="background: #ebebeb; font-size: 13px;">dataChanged</tt> when an action changes and reset the model when it gets deleted.<br />
This fixes the menu getting confused in LibreOffice 6 with gmenu-dbusmenu-proxy.</p>
