<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">i would suggesting taking a look at the default panel layout that ships with Plasma Desktop, which you will find in `kde4-config`/share/apps/plasma/layout-templates/org.kde.plasma-desktop.defaultPanel/ .. it's quite straight forward to add widgets to the panel in whichever order you wish, setting configuration and doing so dynamically even based on screen size, etc.</p>
