</div>fetching 0-3 comics instead of always fetching exactly one? I say there's no<br>
need for an option. you'd have to have a pretty limited device or connection<br>
for the download of one or two images to be an issue.<br>

</div>why not just prefetch both - keep a cache of the current, previous and next?<br>
of couse 99% of the time you'd already have the comic for one direction since<br>
