help needed with 5.27.7 release

5.27.7 is scheduled for Tuesday August 8th.  I'm away on adoption leave and
won't be available that day, the best I can do is say I might be able to
squeeze it in somewhere in the following two weeks.  If anyone else wants
to do it let me know and I'll take you through how it's done.
