Plasma 5.21 kickoff notes

Plasma 5.20, pretty good, on top of regressions,
Feature freeze was useful
Bug priority thing helped a lot, list of high priority bug from David E.

Schedule: move forward 5.21 proposed dates except 5.21.5 to avoid hogmanay.

Fedora is moving to wayland by default with Plasma 5.21 probably.  Neon can
move too probably.  They may have some setup with SDDM which probes if
Wayland is good and switches to X if not.

Plasma 5.21 will use Qt 5.15.  Should we use a specific bugfix release?
Recommend 5.15.2 to avoid .1 issues.

Frameworks version is as schedued.

VDG discussion, breeze light to come.

New system monitor UI, release tomorrow, included in 5.21. Replace
ksysguard?  Arjen doesn't want to yet but wait for reactions to preview
release.

Plasma Firewall also to be included.

Plasma settings (mobile system settings) can be included with 5.21.  As a
mobile module for now.  Once no more widget kcms then it can replace system
settings, maybe.

Noah colour scheme editor kcm to be included.
