initial plasmoid size?

I haven't set a minimum size on anything. Just a maximum size on the list 
widget to keep it from hitting the top of the screen as a popup with my 
initial fake data.

I do have a lot of the sizePolicy's set to MinimumExpanding, could that have 
this effect?
