[PATCH] make window preview support mouse click in plasma tooltip

So now we need someone to implement one of these ideas to test how usable

I'm thinking about showing clickable tool tip when thumbnails are  
available and something similar to widget with list of tasks (I don't know  
how it looks now in 4.3...) but handled automatically by tool tips, to not  
duplicate detection of availibility to show thumbnails and widget  
implementation.
Or maybe move that widget to kind of "utils" (also widget for showing job  
progress could be moved there and maybe other small thinks that could be  
reused in other applets).
