/me thinks so, i did that patch for this kind of problem... (it fixes the look 
of opensocial applet that had that problem)
for qt-copy uuh there weren't talks to scrap it? is it still active?
if so yeah, probably that patch should be put on it, what is the policy to put 
stuff in here?
