Akonaditray always hidden.

the icon itself tells the tray when it is inactive. the system tray widget 
currently interprets "inactive system service" to mean "not necessary to show 
it".

that status is up to akonaditray, however. what is the use case for always 
showing it if nothing is happening with it?
