Semantics of zoming out with multiple monitors

ok, so this is committed and works on a single screen system at least .. =)

PlasmaApp now listens to most of the signals from Containments and reacts to 
them as appropriate.

this includes the zooming requests, and it then zooms all the DesktopViews 
out/in together.

Guillaume (and whoever else has a multscreen setup) can you cofirm/deny that it 
works alright for you?

now things are a little less confusing in workspace/plasma/shells/desktop/ and 
the zooming behaviour is hopefully a little more "natural" feeling on 
multiscreen systems.
