OK, here it is. My first (code-wise) contribution to KDE. Ever.<br>

Needless to say, it's very small and insignificant. ui.timeZones<br>
(timezones list) in the Fuzzy Clock's configuration dialog is now<br>
disabled when m_useLocalTimezone is true (the "Use Local Time"<br>
checkbox is checked; and vice verse).<br>
<br>
The main purpose of this patch is to see whether I've done it the<br>
right way or not - comments and criticism are more than welcome. I<br>
still have very much to learn, but hopefully I will be able to produce<br>
more useful patches in the future.<br>
