<p>I stumbled upon ownCloud 4.5 and a feature "Faster Syncing with checksums for files and folders" and was wondering if it uses the often used, optimized and well tested rsync protocol (librsync library) or something else?</p>

<p>Another thing I noticed is that all projects/repositories on GitHub do not contain a license file.</p>
