<div>Hi ownClouders!</div><div><br></div>I've installed beta and fresh master recently.<div>It seems that both instances are required the line </div><div>  define('DEBUG', true); </div><div><br></div><div>in their index.php for OCP\Util::addScript and OCP\Util::addStyle to work.</div>
<div> core.css and files.css are the only stylesheets being loaded otherwise. And just the same for external app javascript fles.</div><div><br></div><div>Is that an expected behavior?</div><div><br></div><div>---</div><div>
