Hey Pellaeon,

We are #ownCloud-dev and #ownCloud-design on Freenode (IRC). You can come
over and discuss with the developers there. Or you can write a mail on the
ownCloud mailing list regarding your Idea. Though I would recommend that
you first discuss the idea on the IRC.
