[Owncloud] Update 5.0.4 to 5.0.5 : "ownCloud is in maintenance mode"

Thanks for your reply, but I have been doing this trick since I upgraded my Owncloud to version 5, and repeated it at each update since.

I just find it odd that I *have* to do that every single time that I am doing an update. Is this a standard procedure, or is it a bug of the web-updater option in Owncloud?

If it is normal, well then please forgive me for this noise. If a bug, shall a bug report be filed?

And for desactivating the theme in config.php, I don't find any reference to that in that file (/[ownCloud-folder]/config/config.php).

Funny thing: in config.php file, I just noticed this line after upgrading to 5.0.6: "'version' => '5.0.8'," => is this a bug?

To fix your problem, change the value for "maintenance" from true to false in config/config.php file
and desactive ur theme if u use one.
theme "" in config.php

And here we go again : I just tried to update from 5.0.5 to 5.0.6 with the update option in the admin menu, and I am again experiencing the "ownCloud is in maintenance mode" message after that.

Is it my installation that is not configured properly? Am I the only one with this issue?

Hello,

I just received this message when I updated my owncloud server from 5.0.4 to 5.0.5.

I am having this message every time I do an update since migration to Owncloud 5.

I thought this was already fixed in one of the last 2 version of owncloud 5, was I wrong to assumed that?

To fix my problem, should I changed the value for "maintenance" from true to false in config/config.php file again?

Thanks,

Axel
