[Owncloud] Need help triaging bugs in the apps repo

We could have each shipped app in a separate repository and then a
playground repository with apps that are still in the embryonic
stages. Wasn't there already a thread on the ml with this discussion?
I think this is the perfect moment for doing this, after the major release.
