[Owncloud] News App doesn't update feeds

I am a PHP beginner, so I hope I've done this right: A added an
error_log to task.php:

static public function run() {
                 error_log('Run');
                 $container = new DIContainer();
$container['FolderBusinessLayer']->purgeDeleted();
                 $container['FeedBusinessLayer']->updateAll();
$container['FeedBusinessLayer']->purgeDeleted();
$container['ItemBusinessLayer']->autoPurgeOld();
}

'Webcron' and 'Error' selected at the administration-panel. Then, I
opened https://myip/owncloud/cron.php and checked the log via tail -f.

The result: No 'Run' output there ... Very strange.

Regards
Daniel
