[Owncloud] owncload sync delete my files

Hi!
Thank you for this impressive product!
I try to use owncload, but,  unfortunately, I think, it unusable with this
truble:
when I add my files to sync foder it delete some of them without upload.
I try to add removed files again, but it remove it too.
It's look like OwnCloud "don't like" some of my files :)

Server: Ubuntu 12.04
OwnCloud: 5.0.9
Client: Ubuntu 12.04
Deleted files: all files at one2/tomboy/0/*
