[Owncloud] Removal of the numRows() database function

Dear App Developers,

we would like to inform you that the OC_DB_StatementWrapper::numRows() 
method will be removed in ownCloud 7. Its use is also discouraged in 
ownCloud 6 because it does not work reliably. Please update your 
applications accordingly.
