[Owncloud] where is the temp-upload-directory set?

Hello,

i have a small problem.

OC does not use the tmp-Folders set in the php.ini. Instead it uses the
global /tmp - Folder.

But this folder lies in another (small) partition of my system, so last
night the server went down, cause the system-partition was full. :(

Where can i change this tmp-folder in OC?
Or, where is it set in the php-files?
