[Owncloud] Client sync running but nothing changes

Start the client with the --logwindow option and check the output for 
errors (not counting any SQL errors you may see). Which OS is the client 
running on? Also check the latest 1.1.4 release. It will try to better 
recover from errors if it fails to sync a particular file.
