I would also love to see my notifications app in OC 5 and thus need the 
feedback from alpha testers (which is not only other testing developers, 
but in most cases also interested end users, so this is very important 
for me).

I'll try to finish things up this weekend!

One short question that's still left in my notes (make it a new thread 
if needed!): Is it ok to provide an API to the notify app in OCP\Utils? 
This really makes sense to me because apps wouldn't have to check for 
the notify app before sending notifications then.
