[Owncloud] including other GPL projects in owncloud

Hi,
I am going to implement an RSS application for ownCloud soon (I have
been promising this for long time :) ).
While looking for a place to start from, I stumbled upon Tiny Tiny
RSS: http://tt-rss.org/redmine/
I was wondering what is the policy about including as app in ownCloud
some external standalone software, such as Tiny Tiny RSS, which still
is under GPL.
I don't know much about licensing, so I'd appreciate any comments.
