Summary: Okular unable to print (no Force Rasterization for
Scale to Fit) / M1 mac Ventura
    Classification: Applications
           Product: okular
           Version: 23.08.2
          Platform: Homebrew (macOS)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular 23.08.2 by homebrew after downgrading / installing
qca(-qt5).
2. Read some PDF file (after installing some printers).
3. Try to print.

OBSERVED RESULT

Cannot print or the print size is too small. (see the attached png file image.)

EXPECTED RESULT

If it is Ubuntu's Okular, one can rescale the PDF file to fit (to, say, A4 size
papers) by selecting "Force Rasterization". But, there is no such printing
option, though I tried some printers via Canon Printer Utility / CUPS settings
including Canon / Brother network printers. It is obvious even at the print
preview.
