SUMMARY

In many programs Control-Mouse-Scroll scrolls up and down. Shift-Mouse-Scroll
scrolls left/right. Okular uses both Control-Mouse-Scroll and
Shift-Mouse-Scroll to scroll up and down.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Shift-Mouse-Scroll and watch the screen scroll up and down.
2. Press Control-Mouse-Scroll and watch the screen scroll up and down.

OBSERVED RESULT
Both keyboard/mouse actions do the same thing.

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling left/right is important too. Please remap Shift-Mouse-Scroll to
scroll left/right.
